Package 2 -- Studio Notes This is a much more detailed assessment of your script presented in the same format used to generate notes on projects "in development" at a studio. A Notes document includes a log line, brief synopsis, detailed 2-3 page synopsis broken into a 3-act structure, and from 5 to 10 pages of content notes. Key strengths of the script are broken out and discussed, indicating areas where the screenplay has reached a high enough standard to warrant consideration. More importantly, specific weaknesses in the script are given a more detailed breakdown than in general Coverage. Character development, dialog, action, themes, pacing and structure are explored in depth, providing a more complete picture of the work that needs to be done to elevate a script to professional standards. In many cases, a range of specific suggestions are given to address particular problems. At the least, direct and probing questions force the writer to think deeply about every facet of the screenplay. In short, while Coverage lets you know where your script stands.
